The bathroom had hair in it and the room types are not clear on booking.com . If there are rooms with balcony at an extra charge, it should be added as a category. The photos are misleading. I had to upgrade to a junior suite so i don’t get the room i booked which turned out to be a room with just a window, no balcony and overlooking the noisiest bar on the marina. The window was right above the stage where the bands are playing.

The location is in the spot of busy area in Marina its very lovely area but not convenient for old people amd families because of music at night but still amazing spot

Nothing special to be mentioned ,may be just comfy seats in the balcony or in the room might make a difference

The staff is very helpful, you can ask for something from the room service and receive it in a matter of minutes. Rooms are very clean and the location is spectacular.

I would have loved the breakfast to be a little more versatile, it's quite basic.

no swimming pool but they gave us access for Ali Pasha which is so small Also Breakfast is very poor

The rooms could use a little care in turms of cleaning, little things like extra towels for the bathroom floor and such. And the pool needs a lot of work!

It's a very nice hotel, perfect location at the marina, the staff was really helpful specially Mr. Fady Iskander, rooms are really clean and comfortable, the housekeepers are really amazing, breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay and hope to get back soon.

My stay at the hotel was most comfortable, the staff was extra sweet & helpful . Food was excellent and the rooms were spotless clean . I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The only added thing I would recommend is an elevator to be able to bring my parents to enjoy the beautiful hotel and lovely staff.

Hygeine tools shampoo, showergel, Alacarte menu portion was very little, mini bar is very expensive, no water bottles

The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of all the marina trendy restaurants and bars. It gave access to the hit beach "Moods" with loud music and hippie crowds, which is suitable for younger couples and groups of friends. My high school son liked it a lot. We had a room with a breath-taking marina view. The breakfast was good enough with a variety of items that suited different tastes. The restaurant staff was always helpful with friendly smiles

Upon our arrival, the receptionist informed us that our reservation was canceled as they said they called us and we confirmed that we weren't going! We haven't received any phone calls from them at any point in time. The receptionist was helpful enough and fixed the problem. We asked for a non-smoking room and we got one with the non-smoking sign on the door, however, the room smelt like an ash tray! We had a triple room but the extension with the extra single bed wasn't air conditioned so he couldn't shut the door. At night it was EXTREMELY loud with the music coming out from the street bar downstairs till 3 in the morning every night. It was loud to the extent of rocking the glass windows with every beat. We couldn't sleep at all. One night after the music stopped, workers started building a stage under our window for the street festival the next day (at 3 a.m.) hammering, installing light and sound systems, and putting wooden platforms together! I called the reception desk, they went out and talked to the workers and they stopped for about 20 minutes only to start hammering again till 4:30 a.m. The next day after the festival the workers came back at 1 a.m. to take the stage down. The hallways furniture was dusty. The room is missing a full length mirror and hangers on the doors because the bathroom is too small that it doesn't even have enough space for the towels.

At the center of everything, near super market (best way around 1min), beside seven stars restaurant. They have access to moods The breakfast was not bad, manager of restaurant is more nice than the staff

Not clean, the staff not that helpful ( I asked for late check out and they told me, it's upon availability on the day of leaving and not sure) , the room didn't have balcony or any view It's really too small to move around and put ur staff. The sitting area outside not that good. There is no pool at the hotel, they have shared pool with Ali pasha hotel

Cleanliness isn't good even requested several time to do it well and what ever they do they didn't do perfectly. Cost for seaview is good for a 3 star hotel no it big value for survice afforded. Missing iron handed later to us. Feels that no one check the room before checking in to rooms.

Location is perfect. Right in da middle of evetything. Breakfast was great. Not much variety but what they had was tasty.

Pillows were so uncomfortable And High. They didn't have low ones.
